These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DraftEdge ("DraftEdge," "we," "our," or "us") through our website getdraftedge.com, our web application app.getdraftedge.com, and our Chrome extension (together, the "Services").
By accessing or using DraftEdge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
- • You must be at least 13 years old to use DraftEdge.
- • If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Description of Services
DraftEdge provides analytics and insights for ESPN Fantasy Football leagues, including:
- • Draft and team performance analysis
- • Player and league statistics
- • Publicly shareable league dashboards
DraftEdge is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Inc.
3. User Responsibilities
When using DraftEdge, you agree that you will:
- • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with ESPN's Terms of Service.
- • Provide accurate and lawful access credentials when connecting to ESPN through our Chrome extension.
- • Accept that league data imported into DraftEdge may be displayed on public URLs accessible to anyone with the link.
- • Not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or scrape our Services.
- • Not use DraftEdge to engage in any gambling, betting, or activities prohibited by law.
4. Data and Privacy
- • DraftEdge collects league and draft data from ESPN only when you initiate an import.
- • ESPN authentication cookies (
espn_s2, SWID) are used temporarily to access your league and are not stored long-term. - • Our data collection and storage practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using DraftEdge, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Public URLs and Sharing
- • DraftEdge generates public links (e.g.,
app.getdraftedge.com/leagues/espn/{league_id}) that can be shared with others. - • Anyone with access to the link may view the league analytics and data associated with that URL.
- • You are responsible for controlling who you share these links with.
6. Intellectual Property
- • All software, features, and content provided by DraftEdge are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
- • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify DraftEdge without our written permission.
- • ESPN and all related marks are the property of ESPN, Inc. DraftEdge is independent and unaffiliated.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- • DraftEdge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- • We make no guarantees that analytics will be accurate, error-free, or available without interruption.
- • DraftEdge is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied on as professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- • DraftEdge, its founders, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
- • Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us (if applicable).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DraftEdge and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to DraftEdge at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:

- • Your use poses security or legal risks, or
- • We discontinue the Services.
You may stop using DraftEdge at any time.
11. Future Paid Features
DraftEdge may introduce paid plans or premium features. Any payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase and will be subject to additional terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of DraftEdge after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
